Six hours in to my SanFran experience. Here's my list of unique sights and tastes: Dim Sum to die for served in Sunset's equivalent of a greasy spoon; Frisbee golf played amidst the pines and gum trees in Golden Gate Park; a woman bison-worshipping; a bison licking his lips (and other places most tongues can't reach.) almond tea with eyeballs; watermelon juice with crushed ice; buses taking bikes for a ride.
ReplyDeleteWalked 30 city blocks (while San Fran Sunday slumbered) to paddle in the Pacific. Deliciously cool and frothy and spewing out pansy shells. All broken, sadly. A eucalyptus-scented walk back through Golden Gate Park, then my first burrito. Mmmmmmm! South American songtresses in Sterns Grove, and finally, the observation deck at the De Young museum. Breath-taking!
